Your Role:

  • Build lasting and long-term customer relationships
  • Working closely with internal interfaces such as sales, marketing and our tech team
  • Creation and execution of onboarding and cross- & upselling campaigns within the customer journey
  • You represent the interests of customers internally and contribute your own ideas to continuously improve the customer experience

What you need to succeed:

  • Successfully completed studies (preferably with a focus on communication).
  • Independent working style, analytical mindset and a high degree of initiative
  • At least 2 years of professional experience
  • Enjoy working in an international, performance-oriented company and have communicative and open-minded skills
  • German language skills and a good knowledge of written and spoken English
  • Experience with Zoho CRM is a plus
