Sharemac’s top priority is to accompany you from the very beginning. After an initial meeting, we evaluate together the situation at your site: how big is your equipment fleet and how many and what type of IoT devices are needed? We prepare all this in order to install and/or integrate the necessary hardware in the next step. Installation is followed by a training and onboarding of your responsible employees. After a few weeks, we proactively ask for your feedback and user experience – this is how we built our solutions from the beginning and we firmly still believe this is the only way to further optimise them to the industry’s needs!
Preparation
Together we determine your needs and prepare everything for the installation. This includes key data such as the number of machines and devices to be registered and how many employees and colleagues should have access to SAM.
Installation
We install the hardware on your premises in close consultation with you. The hardware transfers dynamic equipment data into SAM. For this purpose, we identify directly at the machine which IoT devices are suitable on a case-by-case basis.
SAM Workshop
We train your employees and colleagues at your site and give them an introduction to SAM. Here, tailored to the positions and functions of the respective users, the most important functions are explained step by step.
Testing
The next step is your turn: In the following weeks, you and your employees work independently with SAM. Of course, we are always available to answer your questions and guide you through SAM.
Feedback
After the test phase, a feedback meeting takes place. What went well and what can be further optimised? Are certain functions missing? This is where user experiences are exchanged in order to draw a conclusion and implement any necessary improvements.

Finally, a concluding discussion takes place and the next steps are defined.
